Job Description

What you'll be doing:

Responsible for writing core backend system code, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining high-quality output, and managing version control. Solve challenges related to high performance, high concurrency, and reliability in backend development. Design software architecture, key components, and interfaces, tackle technical difficulties, and address performance and security issues. Research and implement cutting-edge technologies, build and maintain modular components.

What we're looking for

5+ years of Java development experience. Solid Java programming foundation, proficient in design patterns and coding standards, with a strong understanding and practical experience in data structures and algorithms. Proficient in application development frameworks such as Spring Boot/Cloud, MyBatis, and Spring Cloud, with strong coding skills. Skilled in using MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL databases, with strong SQL writing and optimization capabilities. Familiar with at least one or more middleware technologies such as Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, MongoDB, ZooKeeper, HBase, and Elasticsearch, and understanding of their underlying principles to diagnose and resolve issues. Experience in business system development, with deep and broad knowledge of existing systems and suggestions for improvements (including business architecture and processes). Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and the ability to collaborate closely with product, frontend, and other teams. Strong responsibility, good collaboration skills, and excellent communication abilities. Experience in large-scale distributed system development is a plus. Experience in big data processing is preferred.

Working Hours and Culture:

Standard work week:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

Current project schedule:

Temporarily 6 working days/week (Monday-Saturday) with Saturday WFH during high-demand projects.

Overtime:

Must be able to work overtime when required.
