You are responsible for rolling out globally harmonized business processes in the area of Finance and supporting in case of special legal or business requirements. You will be consulting group companies and SSC on Finance and Asset Management topics, ensuring the global knowledge transfer and performing training if required. You will be reliable to coordinate and lead deployments of standard processes for all B. Braun companies in the region. In this role the team builds the interface between the Global Process Coordination, regional stakeholders and the IT-department. Responsible for the KPI performance of the Regional Process Coordinator (FI) in Malaysia. You and your team will contribute to global projects and continuous global process improvements in collaboration with the Global Process Coordination team and the regional stakeholders. Analyze processes and identify improvement potentials in processes and align it with the Global Process Coordinator team. You will support the S/HANA implementation for Finance and Asset Management on the global level and take over responsibility for all topics in this area for your region. In addition to the listed tasks in the area of responsibility, there is an obligation to carry out individual tasks assigned by the supervisor, as part of their area of responsibility, or resulting from operational necessity. Professional competencies Master s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or similar. 5 to 10 years of accounting experience in a multi-national corporate organization with at least 2 years of experience in managing a team. Experience in Finance processes ideally based on working experience in a corresponding position. Strong knowledge of process analysis, process management and governance. Experience in international projects and intercultural cooperation. Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. Strong SAP FI / AM experience (including knowledge of SAP customizing) knowledge of CO/ SD/ MM or Concur is welcome. Fluency in English and at least one other language.
