Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for the efficient management and day-to-day operations of the Technologies Group. Ensure continual improvement that meets or exceeds customers' requirements and demands. Manage the teams constituting the company. Give the direction to follow to the teams in order to bring everybody in the targeted direction. Identify, adapt and implement methods and systems for the improvement of the company's quality systems. Develop product roadmaps and marketing strategies to effectively improve revenue. Accountable for the Technologies Group organization's profit and loss Effective and efficient approach in meeting pre-set business fundamentals (e.g. quality, cost, delivery, people management, safety, etc.) Establish directions and plans for continual growth of the business towards company goals or target Ensure the responsibilities and authorities are defined and communicated within the Technologies Group organization Promote the importance of being competitive through effective costs control management throughout the organization Ensure that appropriate communication processes are established within the organization and that communication takes place regarding the effectiveness of the quality management system. Manage the people individually but with the support of the different managers and with the support of the centralized HR team of SAM Represent the company during official meetings or during customers and suppliers visit Help to build good relationship with new partners and ensure the stability of the existing relationship. Responsible for overall sales & marketing activities e.g. look for new business opportunities, create sales strategies, maintain working relationships with customers etc.

Job Requirements

Degree or with min 10 years related working experience with at least 3 years' experience in managerial capacity. Minimum 2years experience managing a technology-based organization. Senior technical knowledge in the field (custom machine engineering for different business like the Semicon and the Medical).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
