• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Plan and conduct quality audits and inspections.
• Monitor and analyse quality performance and trends using statistical methods and tools.
• Train and mentor quality assurance staff and other employees on quality standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with other managers and departments to ensure quality integration and alignment.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities on quality matters.
• Evaluate and recommend quality improvement opportunities and solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field, such as Engineering or Quality Management, Business Statistics or a related field.
• Certification in quality assurance or quality management (such as ISO 9000, CQE, CQM, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or a similar role in a manufacturing or service

industry. * Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
