Candidate must be familiar in any Acoustic product.
To lead in validation & testing and involved in design stage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and development of microphone system using MEMS, ASIC and PCB
Engage closely in multiple development phases through proof-of-concept / prototypes to mass production
Design acoustic fixtures based on customer requirements.
Develop and Debug test solutions for Microphone prototypes.
Troubleshooting design / technical issues as they arise
Leads validation testing planning and execution of MEMS Microphone
Defining and analyzing design verification results to ensure product is meeting requirements
Help identify and innovate new or iterative products through collaboration with subject matter experts
Create circuit models using both lumped parameter and finite element analysis. Then use these models to determine the best ASIC, MEMS, and Package components to meet the design requirements
Perform failure analysis on microphone prototypes.
Provide guidance to technicians.
Lab testing and characterization of microphone and ASICs.
Evaluating ASIC and other subcomponents in the lab to validate system performance.
Work closely with other design and test engineers to test, and characterize designs at every stage
Occasionally assist Application Engineering with technical support escalations that require deeper subject matter expertise
Closely work with test and design engineers across various business units
Help achieve design concepts that meet or exceed internal specification and/or customer requirements.
