As a UI / UX Designer, you\'ll be: Working in cross-functional product team (with backend and frontend developers, designers, product managers, QAs) Demonstrating the user experience at various stages of the design process through user journeys, storyboards, sitemap, wireframes, flow diagrams, low-fidelity designs, and high-fidelity prototypes Driving user-centred design throughout the business and balancing the user experience with client and technical requirements Taking ownership of every project that you\'re working on and driving the design process from discovery through to deployment Identifying the needs, requirements and designing user experiences that delight Designing for iOS, Android and web Managing and iterating on an existing design system and component library Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to help inform your design decisions Facilitating workshops and discovery sessions to demonstrate your designs for feedback Developing and maintain user personas Monitoring analytics to measure the efficacy of your work to see if there are further improvements to be made Conducting usability testing to validate and iteratively refine your designs Attending all agile ceremonies to ensure that requirements are met and that the team understand what\'s needed Managing your design tickets in a Kanban board in sync with future sprints Producing white-label designs for our clients Contributing to tickets and documentation What we\'re looking for: 3+ years demonstrated experience working as a UI / UX Designer or Product Designer Proficient in Figma and experienced in delivering high-fidelity designs and prototypes Experienced with building or maintaining a design system Experienced in responsive web design A self-starter who identifies pain-points, gaps, opportunities and flags areas of improvement Someone who focuses on valuable outcomes, more than delivering output Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates web and mobile solutions, as well as your process and thinking Someone who loves solving complex problems through design and can communicate effectively Passionate about design, strong eye for detail and strong organisational skills Strong understanding of design principles, accessibility standards, typography scale Someone who gets excited by efficient and collaborative design Strong communication and documentation Understanding of technical, business, and design constraints and exposure to working with APIs / integrations If working with the best in an exciting and rewarding team environment appeals to you then we want to hear from you.
