Job Description
Provide
L1/L2 support
for vCenter (8.0), vSAN, NSX-T, and SDDC Manager, resolving incidents per SLAs. Monitor and manage alerts usingvRealize Operations (vROps)
, improving visibility and reducing incidents by 25-30%. Performlifecycle operations
(upgrades, patching, maintenance) using SDDC Manager, Dell OME, and HPE OneView. Optimize infrastructure capacity, manage datastores, clusters, resource pools, and ensurelow-latency, uninterrupted service
. Collaborate with VMware Engineering to testSPP bundles
and validate hardware/firmware before production. Automate ESXi host onboarding and configuration usingPowerCLI and REST APIs
, reducing manual deployment by 35%. Create/manageContent Libraries
, deploy OVAs, and standardize templates for efficient provisioning. Implementsecurity baselines, access controls, and compliance audits
for vSphere and VCF components. ApplyITIL best practices
for Change and Incident Management; document SOPs to improve operational consistency.Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
