Job Description

In your new role you will: Adoption of Export Control and Anti-Terrorism Regulations (National, US and those imposed from Corporate) Support the execution of export control requirements in IT application e.g. Trade Automation (TA22) and SAP Participation in ad-hoc projects and attend APAC ECC workshop annually 2. Controlling Ensure secure operation systems through release of blocked orders in order processing system (e.g. SAP & TA22) and non-standard delivery approval system (NOSTAS) Ensure correct classification for all shipments, technology transfer and hiring positions (if applicable) Support license application for strategic items under Malaysia Export Control Regulations for physical goods and technology transfer timely. 3. STA Permit & Other Relevant Licenses. Licenses application for Strategic Items under Malaysia\'s Strategic Trade Act (Single-Use Permit Bulk Permit / Multiple-Use Permit) for physical goods and technology transfer. Support documentations preparation for license application under USEAR Regulations (US Re-Export Permit) for physical goods and technology transfer. Tracking & keeping the shipment documentation for Dual Use Item under the Export Control License. 4. Trainings, Awareness and Competency Building Conduct related Export Control training eg, NOSTAS training, Tectra Training Attend at least 1 external EC training 5. Audit Provide support IFKM ECO during internal & external audit by AP Competence Centre and governmental authority. Support IFKM EC team to prepare and collate necessary evidences and related documentations for the audit checks on past shipments. 6. ECC Webpage Maintenance Manage the Intranet Contents for IFMY EC homepage. 7. Support and Back up Support to provide advisory guidance on daily export control issues for all departments of IFKM, IFMY, IFPG . Act as backup for operational staff for IFKM, IFMY, IFPG EC team. 8. IT Skill Additional Skill in AI Knowledge in Tableau, Machine Learning, Python, SQL. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree or Diploma with up to 5 years and above work experience. Language: English & Malay (Bilingual) Technical skills: Knowledge of SAP is a plus, Microsoft Office, Visio, Macro, AI Knowledge in Tableau, Machine Learning, Python, SQL etc. Soft skills according to Behavior Model: Good team player, independent, meticulous, able to handle stress, good learning skills, positive attitude In-depth understanding of Strategic Trade Act 2010, US EAR Regulation frameworks will be an advantage. Ability to assess and mitigate compliance risks, with a focus on developing and implementing effective Compliance programs and policies.
