ob Descriptions: 1 . Financial Reporting and Forecasting D

  • eliver accurate financial reporting and analysis of actuals and forecasts as part of the month-end closing and quarterly forecast requirements. P
  • articipate in monthly closing review meeting with OSAT Finance Management to provide explanations on the reported financial results. P
  • repare the annual Total Cost Roadmap (TCR) and quarterly Financial Rolling Forecasts (FRFC) based on the IFX methodology, including collaborations with internal stakeholders (e.g., HQ Finance, Logistics, Operations, Procurement) to derive conclusive cost calculations. A
  • nalyze the financial effects arising from risk and opportunities in various business scenarios, including price/volume changes, subcon charging model and capital investments, to be applied in forecast reporting. P
  • erform key month-end closing activities, including journal entries preparation and balance sheet reconciliation on the relevant accounts. M
  • onitor the financial impact of capacity premium, material liability and capital expenditure by conducting assessments in coordination with the Accounting, Operations and Procurement teams. 2

. Product Standard Costing P
  • repare product standard costing based on the IFX methodology for OSAT cost adders in unit costing. S
  • upport the Cost Accounting team with product cost requests. C
  • ollaborate with the Cost Accounting team to achieve synergy in process integration and alignment. 3

. Financial and Business Compliance V
  • alidate and approve purchase requisitions (PR) against forecast commitments. S
  • ubmit PR for additional approval by Management if PR value exceeds prescribed thresholds. M
  • onitor maintenance and consumable expenses in both actuals and forecasts, including the management of open purchase orders (PO) and timely closure of unused PO. C
  • oordinate subcon inventory cycle count based on the IFX Test 10methodology, including collaborations with the Operations team to have the count timely performed and reviewed with proper documentation. E
  • nsure compliance with the SOX internal controls requirements for relevant processes. 4

. Additional Involvements P
  • repare financial analysis to support ad-hoc requests from internal stakeholders. P
  • articipate in process integration and enhancement projects, including the alignment of costing methodologies, freight cost allocation and new product identification. I
  • dentify areas for improvement through observations and feedback in order to propose viable initiatives.

ob Specifications: B
  • achelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA/CPA/CIMA is a plus. 5
  • to 7 years of manufacturing/operations finance, FP&A and cost accounting experience, preferably in semiconductor or high-Tech industries with a multinational environment. P
  • roficient in Oracle system; SAP system knowledge is a plus. A
  • dvanced MS Excel spreadsheet skills with an affinity or passion for IT tools and digitalization in Finance. D
  • etail-oriented, well-organized and accurate business sense in utilizing structured financial data to influence corporate decision-making. S
  • trong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex financial topics to Management and collaborate with all stakeholders successfully. G
  • ood command of English with the versatility in communicating across regions and time zones when required. P
  • rior exposure to cross-functional team participation or functional leadership is a plus. H
  • ighly motivated by productivity enhancements with a continuous process improvement mentality. K
  • een to gain knowledge on semiconductor markets, financial-driven interrelations, as well as our products and the technical aspects of semiconductors.
