JOB Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Lead the AMHS implementation in the fab

\xc2\xb7 Work with operation, industrial engineering and IT team to analyze and define the AMHS equipment and process specifications

\xc2\xb7 Gather production and throughput requirements, perform necessary assessment on the needed system design and layout for AMHS systems

\xc2\xb7 Perform necessary engineering designs, prototyping and pilot testing on the AMHS new system/expansion.

\xc2\xb7 Work with AMHS MCS solution provider, Industrial Engineering and IT team on continuous AMHS system optimization through modeling and simulation to determine the best transportation logic to avoid congestions and bottlenecks in material transportation.

\xc2\xb7 Establish and oversee an AMHS support team to ensure smooth 24x7 running of the AMHS systems in the fab.

\xc2\xb7 Establish work instructions, safety guidelines and training documents for the AMHS support team.

\xc2\xb7 Oversee and ensure effective PM management and repairs for the AMHS.

\xc2\xb7 Drive improvement actions for departmental KPI when necessary.

\xc2\xb7 Initiate and lead AMHS continuous improvement projects with regards to cycle time, cost reduction, capacity etc.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare yearly budget for use of equipment.

\xc2\xb7 To contribute towards the achievement of quality objectives by complying to the quality operating system and participating in continuous improvement activities (defect prevention, reduction of variation or prevention of waste).

\xc2\xb7 To contribute towards the achievement of the EHS objectives by complying to the EHS policy and participating in the implementation of EHS management system.

\xc2\xb7 Undertake any other projects or future tasks and duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master\'s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or equivalent Technical Degree.

• Preferably with \xe2\x89\xa5 5 years of AMHS implementation and related experience in a 200mm or 300mm wafer fab, with actual leadership experience in AMHS implementation, operation and trouble shooting. Familiarity with AMHS conveyor systems, MCS design logic and simulation, MES/Scheduling systems would be an added advantage.
