Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Responsible for TTI FT TE KPI
• Plan resource for test optimization projects.
• Responsible for executing test optimization project according to Infineon Test Roadmap
• Develop test package for power discrete, power IC and sensor products for both wafer test and final test follow standard test engineering milestone
• Develop qualification plan for test package - qualify and implemment new test package into production according to standard business process (e.g.: TPT, TPC)
• Monitoring performance and quality of new test package to ensure all specification are met
• Documentation of standard test package release document
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to test development engineer to ensure project are completed in a timely manner
• Drive segment wide test improvement programs and realization projects together with development and production team (e.g: test time, yield, GRnR, OEE)
• Support development of new test concepts with division to achieve best test cost and efficiency
• Support evaluation of new test cells and test materials (test socket, test board, probe card)
• Contribution in technical & innovation aspect - technical paper, patent write-up

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

• Masters/Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in semiconductor test development for power discrete, power IC, sensor, automotive or industrial products
• Solid knowledge in analog & digital circuitry
• Strong foundation in semiconductor ATE test development environment
• Experienced in power and automotive products
• Analytical and problem solving skill
• Project management skill
• Statistical data analysis
