Duties and Responsibilities

Leading and overseeing engineering projects to ensure they are completed within budget, on time and to a high standard of quality. Conduction research and development to create innovative new products, technologies or processes. Developing and implementing engineering plans, policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations. Providing technical expertise to support engineering teams, resolving complex issues or challenges as required. Collaborating with other departments and teams to ensure that engineering tasks align with wider business goals and strategies. Conducting tests and experiments to evaluate this performance of existing products or identify areas for improvement. To provide technical support or solutions to resolve critical issues in production line. Providing training and mentoring to junior engineers to support their professional development. Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the industry and applying this knowledge to improve engineering processes and practices.

Qualifications and Required Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical field Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Experience in Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) is a strong advantage

Pay: From RM8,500.00 per month
