Job description
In your new role you will:
- Lead ramp-up, migration/ transfers, start-up, and cost savings projects whereby lots scheduling and machine resources are involved.
- Set min/max wip target by processes and generate report to access/manage Line / Package Range Performance.
- Drive Cost Improvement Activities in Direct/Indirect Material Consumption.
- Supports development of new technologies and ensures smooth take-over into volume production and integration into manufacturing environment
- Leading and participating in production control & quality improvement and cost reduction activities
- Coordinate Aged Lot and Loose lot management.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Materials Science in Semiconductor Technology
- More than 5 years related experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing background (Test)
- Good reporting, highly analytical and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge & experiences in Test process, production line control & productivity & process improvement
- Posses knowledge and skills in manufacturing process & some equipment/technical knowledge
- Good knowledge and skills in production area; able to communicate with different level of staffs;
