Job Description

In your new role you will: Monitor & sustain machine OEE performance, quality and yield of assembly processes (trim & form, laser and auto vision) Trouble-shooting machine issues and drive for improvement activities in order to stabilize the machine performance Spare parts management on usage, budget control. and provide proposal / improvement plan on maintenance cost reductions Assist in monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes, materials, tooling and equipment & updating of relevant documents Support to optimize machine performance and efficiency by using adequate problem solving tool available Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology) More than5 years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry specializing in trim and form process Experience in handling ASM / FICO / HANMI trim and form machines will be an added advantage Good communications and interpersonal skills. Train TF1, TF2 , Singulation, Laser & AVI technical team in define competency model and follow through on the technical level certification Capable to trouble-shooting machine issues and drive for improvement activities.
