In your new role you will:
- Monitor process performance indices on qualified processes an establish good control
- Sustains and continuously improves qualified technologies in volume production with regards to stability, quality, productivity and yield.
- Supports development of new technologies and ensures smooth take-over into volume production and integration into manufacturing environment.
- To sustain, improve the process in order to deliver products to customers at committed functionality, reliability, time, volume and cost
- Ensure compliance of control plan deployment and quality controls are met; understanding of key parameters definition and controls
- Responsible to develop a robust process and continuously drive improvement in yield and quality to meet KPI
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics /Science in Semiconductor Technology
- More than 5 years working experiences in semiconductor field
- Practice high performance behavior and together work as Team to strive excellent.
- Have experiences in Die Attach process
- Presentation skill
- Technical problem solving skill
