Staff Engineer Process Stability
Job Description
In your new role you will: Monitor process performance indices on qualified processes an establish good control Sustains and continuously improves qualified technologies in volume production with regards to stability, quality, productivity and yield. Supports development of new technologies and ensures smooth take-over into volume production and integration into manufacturing environment. To sustain, improve the process in order to deliver products to customers at committed functionality, reliability, time, volume and cost Ensure compliance of control plan deployment and quality controls are met understanding of key parameters definition and controls Responsible to develop a robust process and continuously drive improvement in yield and quality to meet KPI Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics /Science in Semiconductor Technology More than5 years working experiences in semiconductor field Practice high performance behavior and together work as Team to strive excellent.
