Initiate/lead yield and quality improvement programs
Lots\' assessment & disposition to ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon\'s quality and reliability standard
Fast feedback to production line in case of deviation, problem identification and fast feedback
Identify product or technology, or process margin related problem and work with PI/UPS to resolve
Support new product releases, technology transfer projects and ramp up production of new technologies
To monitor and work with PI/UPS to ensure stability of product parameters
Support Production tools releases (PCRB)
Lead/support Technology Synchronization
Support technology FMEA
Deviation management Fast feedback to production in deviation with accurate analysis and conclusion
Support/lead FEBE interface on yield, quality and reliability improvement topics
Provide expert knowledge on risk assessment on product quality and reliability (MRB)
Knowledge exchange (IFX) and knowledge transfers within IFKM
Your profile You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A university Degree/Master/PhD in Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics Engineering, Physics or similar.
6-8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferable in the field of product engineering, yield engineering, device engineering, product test engineering or similar field. Direct wafer fabrication experiences would be an added advantage.
In-depth product knowledge and understanding of electrical functions criticality as well as big test data analysis and fast interpretations.
Excellent knowledge of statistical data analysis and tools(e.g. Cornerstone, JMP).
Good problem solving skills (e.g. 8D method).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for successful inter-group and intra-group interactions.
Highly motivated in order to accomplish all the tasks required to meet expectations.
Self-starter, able to perform under pressure/fast-paced working environment.
Candidate with some programming experiences, scripting has added advantage.
