In your new role you will:

• Test package generation for new products with highercomplexity(software & hardware development).
• Test package optimization & sustaining and/or sub-cons technicalsupport. Innovate test concepts & methods (feasibility & realization inproduction testing) for ratio productivity.
• Responsible for test knowledge transfer to production, test packagebuy-off and documentation.
• Participate in new tester platform benchmarking and optimization.
• Enhance test package with Zero defects approach (IV leakage test,poka-yoka mixing, etc.)
• Participation in CoP TE community and exchange technical sharing withthe worldwide TE community.
• Demonstrate measurable impact on working results on a localbasis(MALDC).
• Contributes to success of project/team, shares knowledge withinproject/team and demonstrate capability to solve problems.

• .Masters or Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical /Electronics/Power Analog / Physics / Microelectronics / SemiconductorTechnology).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Semiconductor Testing and familiarwithPower Analog & Mixed Signal Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
• Experience in ATE measurement equipment\'s (E.g. oscilloscope,thermostream, handler basic operation).
• Experience and exposure with some years of highpower/voltageswitching knowledge know-how, Teradyne ETS88 tester andipTest will beanadded advantage.
• Statistical data analysis.
• Sound knowledge in schematic/electronic circuitry interpretation,loadboard design, layout optimizations & simulation.
• Good aptitude & passion in engineering analysis with systematicapproach, problem solving and solution finding.
