Job Description
In your new role you will: Responsible for self contain improvement in responsible package line Ensure KPIs are met especially on the FAR, Yield (Mech) and DDM(Deviation Lot Handling). Initiate monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes and materials. Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems with process. Establish, review and update FMEA, Process Specs, Process Flow, Work Instruction and OJTIs. Establish and prepare briefing format to prevent line personnel from repeating mistake. Support in machine buy0ff (process/ yield data compilation) Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree in Engineering More than 6years related experience in Semiconductor Engineering Coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
