Job description
In your new role you will:
- Continuously develop himself / herself in job knowledge and skill.
- Guide and lead lower GG Engineers in the aspects above
- Responsible for process quality on equipment/process level
- Responsible for self contain improvement in responsible package line
- Ensure KPIs are met especially on the FAR, Yield (Mech) and DDM
- Initiate monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes and materials.
- Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems with process.
- Establish, review and update FMEA, Process Specs, Process Flow, Work Instruction and OJTIs.
- Schedule calibration for auto-vision system to avoid under-reject from vision system
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- More than 5 years related (experience in Semiconductor Engineering will be an added advantage )
- Coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills. (Min. English &Bahasa)
- Test handler know-how (experience with Rasco SO3000 will be added advantage)
- Familiar with DMAIC & 8D (Candidate with 6 sigma belter will be an added advantage)
