• Q-Support to Project Buyer in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Preventive Quality Planning (PQP) as part of TTM process.
• Main interface of rBU all supplier quality related issues after SOP (e.g. ECR, 8D, concessions, defect cost reimbursement and etc.
• First escalation level for the Plant for purchased parts quality issues.
• Support achievement of Cost targets for related Product Group along the entire Product Life Cycle.

• Purchasing Quality responsibility and accountability for the responsible Product Group within the rBU along the product life cycle.
• PQP (Preventive Quality Planning) for purchased parts; Operative handling of initial samples / ISIR release.
• Complaint management.
• Blocked stock handling & Concession handling.
• Represent Purchasing in Plant Point-CIP activities.
• Measure supplier Quality Performance: Plant / rBU specific KPIs.
• Oprative handling of quality cost reimbursement.
• Trigger escalation of supplier (as input of Q-escalation process).
• Support all the relevant quality projects in rBU project team.
• RPP / Tooling (incl. tooling transfer): Tech. Discussion, measurement harmonization, Process audit, Test & qualification-check, Product Certifications.

• Degree holder or above in technical field (preferably mechanical / electrical engineering).
• Min. 4 - 6 years experience in quality field and 2 years in purchasing/supplier quality field.
• Understand and apply Quality tools and project management.
• Understand processes of key components.
• Analytical mindset and with creative idea, resourceful, openness and trustworthy person.
• Understand and apply relevant quality tools.
• Understand product and its process (e.g.: molding of plastic parts, PCB/PCBA, etc).
• Ability to make contacts and intercultural skills.
• Detail and out spoken.
• Decision making approach, result and customer orientation.
• Team player, works well with all level.
