Summary of Role

1. To work closely with NPI/R&D on project/new product implementation and drive new product deriaviate initiatives driven by Sales/Product team.

2. To drive for Yield and Quality Improvement initiatives to support Modco\'s target.

3. Coach and provide technical support to junior/engineering team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilitites

-Demonstrates broad-based technical experience.
-Responsible for daily Yield, FA analysis and electrical/mechanical yield. Driving defect-free program at Modco.
-Responsible to lead engineering/project team for product deriviatives, Customer quality improvement and product power.
-Coordinate with SPC on process control to achieve modco yield roadmap for Modco.
-Collabrorate with R&D/NPI for deployment project or proliferation activities.
-Additional projects assigned by superior/management time to time.

Minimum Education and Experience:

-Degree or Master Degree in the field of Photovoltaic, Physic, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
-Minimum 5-7 years in semiconductor or Wafer Fab, EMS assembly manufacutring background. Module Assembly is perferable.
-Possess good understanding of process solving tools (FMEA, DOE, 5-WHY, 8D) with systematic and quality mindset approach.
-In depth knowldege of yield improvement and Failure analysis.
-Strong knowledge in statistical data analysis will be added advantage.
-Good team player with good communication and influential skills.
-Able to lead/coach team to achieve common goal and obtain results as team.
