SUMMARY OF ROLE
To establish production process infrastructure and ensure its performance to meet production plan request.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Perform production flow requirement and improvement in respective domain area. Support/contribute in policy setup and enforcement. Cost improvement project execution and management. Implement Lean manufacturing concepts throughout all area of operations. Evaluate manufacturing problems and implement improvements. Provide input on creative ways to reduce costs by streamlining processes and systems To manage Bright Ideas involving Manufacturing section

RELATED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering or any related field At least 5-7 years of experience work in manufacturing environment. With solid experiece in a high-volume 24x7 manufacturing environment. With relevant experience in Process/Equipment/Manufacturing in Solar or Wafer Cell Semiconductor With good leadership skills Computer literate Good verbal and written communication skill, able to work in a team and possess project management skills
