Staff Nurse (general Ward / Critical Care Area)

Job Description
- Responsible for delivery of patient care management and treatment of patient under
- Supervise the Junior Staff Nurse / Hospital Aide / Attendant and other Clinic staff.
- Assist to provide guidance and teaching of new staff on the outpatient care.
- To provide quality and safe patient care according to International Patient Safety
- Develop and manage care plan for patients and assign duties to other team
- Provide assistant to Doctors and other healthcare providers during medical
- Give reassurance and psychological support to patients whenever necessary.
- Assist to perform screening for all outpatients before Doctor\'s consultation, which
screening.
- Ensure all relevant records and charts are kept in order, in a safe place and not
- Escalate any issues pertaining to patient complaint, safety or dissatisfaction
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing and registered with Malaysia Nursing Board (MNB).
