In your new role you will:

• Develop and implement an internal communications strategy, in collaboration with OE to ensure important information is disseminated to all job levels
• Responsible for monitoring and understanding company-specific and general issues, defining and delivering key messages
• Identify the most accurate and suitable medium to disseminate information accurately and effectively
• Coordinate and arrange people programmes (such as Quarterly AHM, Newsflashes, eMags publications)
• Responsible for managing the Melaka Intranet page, Xibo screen and electronic display
• Responsible for ensuring the Corporate Guidelines are adhered to whenever necessary (such as style guide and Media Pool picture)
• Responsible for supporting event management for all company internal programs
• Responsible for translation for Management communication and all site communication material
• Responsible for reporting and feedback on Internal Communication activities to HQ and APAC Comms
• Responsible for taking care of the PA systems used for AHM

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Masters/Bachelor\'s Degree in Communications/ or equivalent
• Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good written communication/ editorial skills, with the ability to adapt style to suit different communications media and audiences
• Ability to work on initiative and be part of a team
• Experience with shop floor environment would be an advantage
• Willingness to work outside of office hours and when needed
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
