Job Description

Plan required material inventory in the line and generate consumption table and plan by materials and process.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Generate planning / despatch tools to able proper movement of material/wip according to demand requirement (Generate die bond plan, test plan and other critical process planning). Work closely with PLK , Production, UPS and other support function to achieve optimum CLIP performance.
• Coordinate Line Balancing activity by managing overall Line material/wip according to bottleneck and critical processes.
• Managing overall Line healthy & un-healthy inventory/wip through DDM reduction and wip balancing by working together with Quality , Production , UPS , PTE and other support function.
• Managing Line loading through proper loading structure to fully optimise line/package bottleneck process capacity by ensuring minimum standby in order to maximise delivery fulfilment. Work closely with IE, PLK , Production,UPS in achieving process optimum OEE and line/machine convertion.
• Lead all ramp-up activities by working closely with IE,Material Planner, PLK, Production, UPS and other support function by managing all the 4M (Man, Machine, Material & Method). Generate overall Line/Package capacity by processes in order to managed future investment and delivery plan.
• To coordinate technical risk and cycle count audits.

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

• Any Engineering /Business Degree or equivalent experience with 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Good understanding in operation and planning systematic
• Good communication skills and able to collaborate with cross functional teams
• Strong data analysis and problem solving
• Able to perform variety of routine tasks and ad-hoc task given
• Detail-oriented and organized
