I
n your new role you will: G
- enerally responsible on planning & delivery topic within PP26weeks demand P
- lan and prepare manufacturing production schedules to ensure maximum production quantity and quality E
- xpedite operations on delivery fulfillment & analyze factory performance I
- nterface to SCP (division), PLC, RP & IE on communication on delivery & support F
- ollow up on delivery performance and provide catch up plan for urgent/critical bnrs E
- nsure successful ramp-up of products within timeline W
- eekly Moving Bottleneck utilization and optimization review & new products updating W
- IP management (ie. WIP level, Cycle time) in the shopfloor
ou are best equipped for this task if you have: B
- achelor Degree in Business/ Engineering or relevant field M
- inimum 5 years of relevant experience I
- n depth knowledge needed Production Planning, semiconductor manufacturing process as part of daily work -Able to interpret, analyze & feedback. U
- nderstanding of Biz Scenario - Able to interpret & analyze G
- ood knowledge on wip management eg: how to control loading VS demand vs inventory I
- n-depth knowledge needed to manage delivery deviation eg preparation of Catch up Plan , Early Warning Process, Fast track , Allocation Handling , Escalation Process. G
- ood understanding of Planning parameter for better planning effectiveness eg : OEE , UPH , Capacity Calendar , Planning cycle time , yield , TFM knowledge.
