Job description
In your new role you will:
- Accountable for packages resources planning to support sustainable and profitable module growth and meeting company\'s revenue.
- Accountable and responsible for resource planning functions (End to End from Assembly to Test)
- Perform on VRFC/TCR/LTCR/MinMax, and ensure complete per timeline to achieve mid-long term sustainable and profitable module/segment growth.
- Responsible for weekly short term capacity (PP) to meet weekly delivery commitment, division demand fulfillment and revenue target.
- Close collaboration with Operation, FIN, QM and IE to focus on delivery stability and commitment, capacity planning and balancing, to ensure company\'s KPIs are met.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Science/Business/ Economics or any equivalent course
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry, in particular experience in operations planning and/or industrial engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years in resource planning role
