As an eBike Process Engineer , you are...

To plan MAE, EWAK (workstation related/accessories) investments for new & existing lines & products including investment analysis
To work with the Maintenance (MSE6-TEF) to define, purchase, set up, trial and buy off all workstations & accessories for new product.
Set up workstation and buy off before Pilot Run & Mass production
To support production in achieving the effectiveness, output, FOR and quality target.
Continuously improving activity in assembly/production line such as (workstation, ergonomic, VT, process)
To extend the BOM from McP to PgP.
To introduce and implement process control parameters and checklist where necessary.
To carry out Process parameter optimization and Machine Capability studies. Identify & introduce SPC station where necessary.
To train and guide process engineers, trainers, supervisors, maintenance on equipment or machine by transferring technical and process knowhow.
To support any value stream Bosch Production System (BPS) issue.
To update BOM if found any drawing, usage, etc.. issue
To work with QPV, PPU and PUQ for the drawing dimension define and correction.
To involve in Central of Competent (COC) for battery pack process standardization & new technology. Work with battery pack design team in Leinfelden Germany, Miskolc Hungary & others PT-plant.
To create and revise Battery Pack Technical Standard document when it is necessary.
To provide technical service for BI & BE Value Stream for any resistance welding topics.

Qualifications

Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of proven track record in working experience in related working environment.
Experience in new product introduction, process or manufacturing activities and documentation (e.g. FMEA, CP, CmK, CpK, SPC, Time Study (VT), Line Balancing, Work Instructions, Visual Aides, Setup Plan) preferred.
Experience in statistical software analysis is a MUST.
Resistance welding in battery pack experience will be an advantage.
Knowledge in Minitab & Design of Experiment (DoE) will be an advantage.
Knowledge in operating 3D software like Auto CAD, Solidwork or Pro-E will be an advantage.
Must have good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, self-driven, ability to work independently and literacy in MS Office applications.
Self-driven, result-oriented, proactive and a team player with strong interpersonal, communications and leadership skills and learning agility.
