Meet the team:
As a Contract Manufacturing (CM) manager you will be facilitating and maintaining relationships with Dexcom\xe2\x80\x99s key CM\xe2\x80\x99s. Responsible to ensure the CM\xe2\x80\x99s is delivering against expected goals and contractual commitments. Successful implementation of engagement with the contract manufacturers using skills in relationship management, service delivery, project management and financial management to ensure robust solution design and seamless implementation of programs on time and within budget.
Roles and Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 You will lead cross functional performance measurement tracking (planned vs actual shipments, OEE, quality, etc)
\xc2\xb7 Provide Executive Level briefings to Senior Leadership at regular intervals regarding performance, potential risks, and mitigations
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with planning to develop vendor specific S&OP
\xc2\xb7 Facilitate CM governance meetings
\xc2\xb7 Develop processes that align with best-in-class organizations
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for supplier relationship management and risk assessment while developing and implementing risk mitigation plans.
\xc2\xb7 Support sourcing strategies and contract implementation across CM\xe2\x80\x99s
Required Qualification
\xc2\xb7 Typically requires a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience in medical industry
\xc2\xb7 Strong leadership experience and collaborative mindset
\xc2\xb7 Experience managing CM relationships
\xc2\xb7 Possess in-depth knowledge of leading best practices in area of expertise
\xc2\xb7 Strong supplier relationship, negotiation, and networking skills
\xc2\xb7 Proven track record of delivering results while working effectively cross-functionally
\xc2\xb7 Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to establish Trusted Advisor status
\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
\xc2\xb7 Travel required to visit CM and headquarter in US
