We are looking for an experienced

Stamping & Tooling Engineer

to join our team. This role involves developing, designing, and optimizing stamping, sheet metal forming, and tooling processes to produce high-quality precision components.

Responsibilities:

Develop and update stamping/sheet metal forming processes and detailed work instructions. Design and validate tooling, die-sets, fixtures, and gauges for production. Support special manufacturing processes, including Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, Shot Peening, and Welding. Prepare technical costing for NPI and ongoing production. Conduct pre-production runs and provide training to production teams. Collaborate with OEMs to meet product and process specifications. Maintain CNC equipment and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or software issues. Create and adjust CNC programs based on part drawings.

Qualifications:

3+ years in precision engineering, aerospace components, or high-volume manufacturing. Proficient in CAD software (Siemens NX/Unigraphics preferred). Experience in CNC machining (Milling/Turning) and tooling design. Knowledge of special processes like Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, Shot Peening, and Welding.
