Primary Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships with state and local council organizations, work to build trust and align work with state priorities for opportunities
• Develop the engagement strategy and planning focused on state
• Engage with state government and local authorities for permitting applications
• Assist Network team in the recovery of way leave deposits
• Analyze types of internal and external data to determine types of opportunities, and create plans to develop opportunities in assigned territory
• Develop and co-ordinate state/ local council roundtable events and quarterly advisory meetings
• Make recommendations to leadership regarding funding for special projects/ strategic initiatives
• Capture and keep track of the progress of all engagement activities in a dashboard

• Experience working with - state government and local authorities and civil service officers at Federal government.
• 10+ years of navigating and building relationships with relevant state/local authorities\xe2\x80\x93Superior communication and presentation skills
• Ability to efficiently collect and disseminate critical information to the right parties
• Must reside within the State being applied for
• Native proficiency in Bahasa and local dialects for specific states

• # of state & local events curated with >20 senior participants (senior participants to be defined)

• Average permit time (excluding rework) for given state
