Position: State Channel ManagerLocation: Kedah (1 headcount) & Pahang (1 headcount) Job Responsibilities: Own It: Responsible to lead and provide support to Pos Channel Operations team at POS State Channel to achieve state revenue target, customer experience and operational excellence.Plan, monitor and evaluate effectiveness of sales activities of channel operations sales team.Plan, implement and analyze cost savings initiatives at respective branches to maximize potential returns and profit margin as per company's target at touchpoints.Monitor operational compliance with Postal Services Act, MSBA, AMLA, Pos Malaysia SOP amongst frontliners including periodic inspections of branches and assessment of risk reports for preventive or early detection of fraud cases.Investigate, provide solutions and resolve branch operational issues within SLA target including audit issues, compliance findings and customer complaints. Build Trust: Engage with internal counterparts in solving issues. One Team: Provide assistance and guidance to business teams when needed. Move Fast:Able to learn, simplify, adapt and act quick based on business needs. Delight Customers: Communicate to internal and external customers in a professional and polite manner as and when required. Job Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and services or related experience.Preferably someone from Retail or Logistic industry.Experience in managing diverse and large teams - from clerical to managers.Able to travel nationwide to drive sales and service performance of all touchpoints.Strong in compliance and risk management.Good proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Good networking skills, able to build rapport and secure new partners.
