To plan, co-ordinate, manage and control the daily operations of the petrol station including convenience store.
To carry out sales in the petrol station and convenience store by way of cash and credit/debit cards only. And to ensure to deposit daily cash collections thru security services (CIT) which determined by the Company.
To manage in daily shift closing including shift reconciliation and cash collections into safe.
To ensure all records, receipts and documents are filed in a proper order and accounts are prepared and kept in a good accounting order.
To provide advice, guidance and direction to staff to carry out daily operation duties of the petrol station including the convenience store.
To provide training(s) to the staff and monitor their self-development progress, code of conduct, cleanliness and their dealing with the customers.
To ensure the petrol station and convenience store are following operating procedures & standards which standardized by Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn Bhd in order to pass all audit conducted by Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn Bhd and its corporate partner/global partner.
To take control over stock taking procedures along with site staff for all fuel grades and dry goods in the petrol station including convenience store.
To manage the inventory level for all fuel grades and fast moving dry goods for the petrol station and convenience store.
To ensure always practise good safely and hygiene standard for the petrol station including the convenience store.
