WM-R INDUSTRY SDN. BHD. seeks a STATISTICAL CONTROL SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company\xe2\x80\x99s development \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan, execute, and oversee product inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables. \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate the existing processes and configure manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in developing training materials related to statistical techniques and continuous improvement methodologies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop quality improvement tools. These include tools for retrieving/querying, analysing and presenting data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Designing, constructing, maintaining, and deploying data sources used for development across the organization. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyse, plan, and manage production control activities to improve runtime. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop process improvements for inventory, manufacturing and production control systems to meet business objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with the development team to improve existing products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collects and evaluates production samples, ensuring that materials and products meet acceptable quality and integrity standard. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drafts and implements policies and procedures to improve the manufacturing process and the quality of goods produced. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. \xe2\x80\xa2 Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains records of test results, defects identified, and other key metrics related to quality control.
