- Responsible for steam boiler operations, operate high pressure boilers, cooling towers, compressor and process Gas systems
- To ensure the boilers are running at good conditions
- Attend and responsible for annual boiler inspections by the relevant authorities
- Attend to breakdown and troubleshoot
- Responsible for all activities managing and maintaining all the steam, thermal, oil heater and natural gas equipment\xe2\x80\x99s and systems in our plants located in Nilai.
- Responsible for the facility equipment/ systems/ activities related to steam, thermal oil heater and natural gas for our manufacturing facility in Nilai.
- Ensure overall safety on boiler and the Boilerman. Ensure legal compliance on steam facilities and activities in line with DOSH and audit requirements.
- Provide engineering supports and solutions on operations, preventive maintenance for steam related facilities.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent for this position.
- Self-motivated, able to work with minimum supervision.
- Good technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Ready to work in shift hours for urgent matter.-(provided shift allowances)
- Candidate must possess and provide the Certified Grade 1 or 2 Steam Engineer Certification from DOSH.
- MUST Have an experience in gas fired boilers -Water Tube and related systems including burner maintenance and tuning
