SUMMARY\xe2\x80\x8b

• To assist the Operation Manager in ensuring compliance with all Company operating policies, procedures, and standing instructions related to steam operation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES\xe2\x80\x8b

• Responsible for the facility equipment/ systems/ activities related to steam and gas.
• Ensure overall safety of boiler and boiler man
• Ensure legal compliance on steam facilities and activities in line with DOSH (JKKP) and audit requirements.
• Able to troubleshoot and provide engineering support and solutions on operations,
• preventive maintenance for steam-related facilities
• To perform any other task assigned by the superior
• To plan for routine maintenance and scheduled inspection for the steam boiler
• To maintain the boiler as per the standard condition defined in FMA Steam Boiler and Unfired Pressure Vessel (UPV) Reg. 1970
• To establish and review HIRARC / EIA
• related to boiler operational safety and to reduce occupational hazards.
• Ensure prompt actions/ troubleshooting is taken when processing losses exceed the standard and provide adequate explanation for any deviation from the limits

JOB REQUIREMENTS\xe2\x80\x8b

Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering Grade 2 Steam

Internal Combustion Engine Engineer by DOSH will be an advantage * At least 3 - 5 years experience in a related field

• In-depth knowledge of steam systems, boilers, and related equipment.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to steam engineering.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair steam system components.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in steam-related operations.
• Strong communication skills
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
