Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Manager at FGV Holdings Berhad in Segamat. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and management of various business sectors, including the Plantation Sector, Logistics & Support Business (LSB) Sector, and Sugar Sector. Your day-to-day tasks may include coordinating and overseeing projects, managing budgets and resources, analyzing data and generating reports, providing leadership and guidance to team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to analyze data and generate reports Effective communication and interpersonal skills Organizational and multitasking skills Knowledge of the agricultural industry and supply chain management Experience in project management and budgeting Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field
