Steel Structural Draftsman \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare drawings and detailed design for preliminary construction and as-built status in AutoCAD. \xe2\x80\xa2 Design 2D & 3D layout with AutoCAD or others. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with Design/ Technical/Site Team and communicate with client. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend meeting to discuss with the project team and prepare shop drawings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Revise drawings and layouts reflecting design changes to ensure consistent documentation of the project. \xe2\x80\xa2 Check and verify design drawings to confirm to specifications and design data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Amend the shop drawings based on on-site requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare multiple dimensional drawings and more complex drawings from rough sketches to our project team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with the project team in order to prepare setting out drawing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor all changes and keep complete and up-to-date accurate drawings at all times. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any ad-hoc jobs by superior. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Required Skill(s): CAD, Tesla, Sketch, Microsoft Office, Excel \xe2\x80\xa2 Graduated in Mechanical/ Architecture/Civil/ Quantity Surveyor or related engineering field or equivalent preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3 year working experience for drafting position, good skills in rendering. \xe2\x80\xa2 Highly self-motivated, resourceful and initiative to work independently and as a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent in managing, coordinating and supervising works. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work for several projects at the same time, and to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure smooth implementation of project within time, cost and quality. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess own vehicle with valid license.
