Key Duties And Responsibilities
Check all equipment, for their working condition and for safety hazards, and informs your supervisors if any malfunction or if repair is needed.
15. To report to the Steward supervisor at the end shift.
Check buffet at coffee house and all equipment for buffet is polished.
Relieve associate for meal breaks.
Ensure all detergent are re-filled in the hand-wash sink.
To learn and be able to use an automatic dishwashing machine.
Load the machine separately with dirty glasses, chinaware and stainless-steel dishes.
Unload the machine and separate to dishes.
Treat all materials with care and attention.
Put the clean equipment back in the right place.
Cleaning of the machines, then clearing away tables and sinks.
Clear all the clearing station in the area.
Provide the restaurants with sufficient dishes.
Clean the floor and tiles in the kitchen.
Clean the machine in the kitchen.
Clean the ovens, grills, deep-fryer, hot plate and stoves.
Follow the instructions of the Supervisors for all other tasks.
Undertakes any assignment that may be given by the Chief Steward from time to time.
