Description:\xc2\xb7 Customer Service\xc2\xb7 Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times by engaging with guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.\xc2\xb7 Performs Host duties as requested and required with operational needs in all areas of the hotel.\xc2\xb7 Ensures that Guest Satisfaction Survey (HySat) score is achieved or exceeded the corporate target.\xc2\xb7 Handles all guests inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved exceeding expectations.\xc2\xb7 Maintains positive working relationships with guests and colleagues.\xc2\xb7 Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.\xc2\xb7 Operational\xc2\xb7 Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.\xc2\xb7 Works closely with other Hosts in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.\xc2\xb7 Be supportive and flexible with other departments, in a spirit of \xe2\x80\x9cWe work through Teams\xe2\x80\x9d.\xc2\xb7 Maintains par stocks of all equipment and guest supplies as required.\xc2\xb7 Clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, dishware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils.\xc2\xb7 Operate dishwashing machinery and manually wash specific items as needed.\xc2\xb7 Dispose of waste properly and manage recycling, compost, and garbage bins according to hotel policies.\xc2\xb7 Ensure kitchen stations are stocked with necessary supplies, including dishware and kitchen utensils\xc2\xb7 Report any issues with kitchen equipment or dishwashing machines and assist with minor repairs if required\xc2\xb7 Follow hotel health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and sanitizers.\xc2\xb7 Support the Kitchen team with basic prep tasks or other duties as directed.Qualifications:\xc2\xa7 Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the hotel\'s policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.\xc2\xa7 Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.\xc2\xa7 Responds to changes in the Food and Beverage function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.\xc2\xa7 Exercises responsible behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel and Hyatt International.\xc2\xa7 Attends learning sessions and meetings as and when required.\xc2\xa7 Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
