Description:
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International\'s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Stewarding Manager is entrusted with overseeing its day-to-day operations, striving for efficiency and productivity as a cost centre, by maintaining an organized and hygienic back-of-house area within the Food and Beverage domain and by providing all kitchens, outlets and banquets with clean operating equipment, based on expected business levels. The Stewarding Manager is expected to be on board in May 2024.
