Job Description

Job Responsibilities 1. Responsible for general and department routine, daily store activities including processing receiving and distribution.
2. Carry out inventories and inventory control activities, manage purchase and change orders.
3. Maintain supply inventory database, updating database of materials, supplies and equipment.
4. Conducting an inspection on the receive of delivery to verify the quality and quantity of materials.
5. Prepare and maintain variety of records related to the organization\xe2\x80\x99s store activity.
6. Assist in keeping the facility clean and organized.
7. Loading/ unloading of goods as well as to do order picking according to Stock Issue Note or Delivery Order and as instructed by the superior. Maintain record of receipts and withdrawals of the stockroom.
8. Packing all goods that are ready to be delivered.
9. Assist in ensuring accuracy of stock level and proper arrangement of stock location for easy retrieval during order picking by performing routine and periodic stock check.
10. To keep track of goods conditions i.e. damaged cartons, plastic wrapper etc. and to report to superior of any irregular stock conditions.
11. General housekeeping duties in warehouse.
12. To perform other duties as assigned by the management from time to time. Job Requirements 1. Candidate must possess at least SPM/ STPM/ Certificate/ Higher in any field.
2. Able to speak and write in Mandarin language is an added advantage.
3. Minimum 1 year working experience in related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too (training will be provided).
4. Meticulous, responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
5. Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment. Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate Salary: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Schedule:
