Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all

store room and warehouse operations

, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of goods. Monitor

stock levels

, track movement of inventory, and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO). Supervise

loading and unloading

activities to ensure accuracy and safety. Maintain

updated and accurate inventory records

in the system. Conduct

regular stock checks

and coordinate periodic stock audits. Ensure all items are stored in proper conditions and comply with

hygiene and safety standards

. Coordinate with the

purchasing and retail departments

on stock replenishment and stock movement. Lead, train, and supervise store assistants or warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations. Identify and resolve

discrepancies or stock variances

promptly. Implement procedures to improve

storage efficiency and minimize wastage

Key Requirements:

Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in

retail or supermarket operations

, preferably in a

fresh mart or grocery environment

. Strong knowledge of

retail setup, store layout planning, and daily operational flow

. Familiar with

fresh produce handling

, including

vegetables, seafood, and poultry quality control

. Experienced in

stock management, inventory control, and product replenishment

. Good understanding of

product knowledge

across grocery and perishable items. Able to ensure

freshness, hygiene, and temperature control

in storage areas. Strong organizational and leadership skills to

supervise store staff and coordinate with purchasing teams

. Computer literate and familiar with

inventory or POS systems

. Able to work independently, handle pressure, and meet operational timelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
