Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused

Sales Associate

to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain store presentation, and help drive sales to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, promotions, and store policies. Handle sales transactions accurately. Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store is clean and well-presented. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Assist with inventory checks and stock management. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in retail sales or a customer service role is an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, friendly, and approachable personality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers. Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift hours.
