Store Clerk (finish Good Store)

Job Description

To manage and maintain the store/stock inventory and ensuring availability, accuracy, and proper documentation of materials, stocks and goods. Supports the department by handling storage, issuance, and record-keeping efficiently.

Key Responsibilities



Receive, check, and record incoming goods from all sections. Store parts in an organized manner to ensure easy retrieval and prevent damage/loss. Maintain accurate stock records (manual or system-based) and update inventory reports. Ensure proper labeling, coding, and tracking of items. Conduct periodic stock-taking, reconciliation, and reporting of discrepancies. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics on delivery/collection arrangements. Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company SOPs. To complete the daily job task given and assigned by supervisor or HOD. To maintain good 5s, & housekeeping. To perform proper filing.

Job Requirements



Minimum SPM or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in storekeeping/inventory management. Basic computer literacy (MS Excel & Words). Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Ability to work independently

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
