Prepare and verify Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and shipping documents.
Check against Sales Orders and packing lists to ensure accuracy before dispatch.
Record and update details of outgoing finished goods in ERP/WMS system.
Coordinate with warehouse pickers, packers, and loaders for timely truck loading.
Confirm delivery schedules with transporters and logistics team.
Ensure correct labeling and documentation is attached for each shipment.
Update daily records of dispatched carton boxes.
Maintain filing system for DO, invoices, and shipping documents.oSupport monthly stock reconciliation by providing accurate outbound records.
Ensure all cartons are properly counted, packed, and loaded according to customer requirements.
Report any discrepancies, damages, or delays to the Warehouse Supervisor.oComply with company SOPs, ISO requirements, and customer-specific delivery standards.
Act as a liaison between warehouse, sales, and logistics on delivery matters.
Assist in preparing daily/weekly outbound reports.
Provide clerical support for transport arrangements and driver scheduling.
