Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Responsible for Material / Consumables items and stock control
2 Ensure proper arrangement of Material / Consumables at stock locations.
3 To ensure Materials / consumables are segregated according to Project or Stock during storage.
4 To ensure all issuance and receiving is recorded according to appropriate documents.
5 To support production by ensuring Materials/Consumables are delivered on time, right quantity and stock avaibility.
6 To update documents in ERP system.
7 Responsible for documentations and filing up.
8 Ensure receiving and issuing record are updated in the stock card
9 RMRF/SIN charge out in the system and verified by HOD.
10 Responsible for overall stock and inventory control.
11 Monitoring of PR issued to Purchasing on the receiving date.
12 To keep inventory of gases and monthly rental fees monitoring
13 Support the daily routine activities in Materials and Consumables store.
14 Maintain good housekeeping in Materials and Consumables store area.
15 Work closely with store personnel.
16 Monitor and follow up on the common consumables items stock and usage.
17 Perform any other related duties as management may require from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- PMR or above.
- Knowledge on inventory control.
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience.
- Able to operate forklift.
- Understanding of incoming raw material and issuance to Operation.
