Store Development:
\xe3\x83\xbbSupport the setup and launch of new stores from the property handover through a 2 to 6-month period.
\xe3\x83\xbbManage projects for the opening of new stores.
\xe3\x83\xbbSupervise store design, layout, and equipment installation.
\xe3\x83\xbbDevelop and implement store strategies tailored to the needs of the local market.System Development and Standardization:
\xe3\x83\xbbCreate and implement standard operating procedures for store management.
\xe3\x83\xbbShare best practices to maximize operational efficiency across multiple stores.
\xe3\x83\xbbDesign and implement continuous training programs for store staff.Sales Analysis and Reporting:
\xe3\x83\xbbAnalyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
\xe3\x83\xbbPrepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to headquarters.
\xe3\x83\xbbEvaluate and report on the sales and performance of new stores.

Location Kuala Lumpur
Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93Candidates with experience in launching new restaurant.
\xe2\x9c\x93Experience in sushi or Japanese cuisine chain restaurants is preferred.
\xe2\x9c\x93Strong customer service skills.
\xe2\x9c\x93Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
\xe2\x9c\x93Able to start as soon as possible after October 1st.
