Responsible for all store merchandising related issues within the set deadline in accordance with guideline given. 2. To liaise with every store and respective Retail Manager on merchandising related issues. 3. To ensure the entire progress of project is carried out within the time frame. 4. Prepare and manage store designs, layouts, and elevations for retail stores (including: new stores /the re-model of current stores/the relocation of stores). Key responsibilities: Store Merchandising - In charge of campaign launch window & props allocation / sourcing of props / boutique visual merchandising update / price tag update, ensuring staffs adhere to overall merchandising guidelines - To ensure that store adheres to daily Visual Merchandizing SOP - Update permanent in-store visual and create POS signage for all stores - To manage in-store merchandising inventory & tracking of all display props - Regular store visits and to provide report after visitation - Preparation of monthly merchandising marketing report for regional compilation - To maintain store profile report for regional consistency Roadshow & Events - To conceptualize roadshows in accordance to campaigns provided by management - To work within budget provided and meet deadlines given - To ensure set-up and branding is executed effectively and reflects brand concept clearly - Support visual merchandising for ad-hoc events: PR events, blogger and other events deemed necessary by the management New Outlet Opening - In charge of new outlet opening within east and west Malaysia in accordance with the Management\'s planning / schedule and requirements. - Execute / take charge of projects by planning, coordinating with mall management, contractor, sub-contractors, suppliers on drawings and details. - Work closely with the respective department / person in charge to ensure smooth operation before outlet opening. - Responsible for projects to be completed duly within the timeline, budget and requirements. - Submit the require reports on progress of projects. - Ensure compliance with all requirements concerning for every project done. Renovation Construction and Maintenance Works - In charge of existing outlet renovation construction and maintenance works within east and west Malaysia in accordance with the Management\'s planning / schedule and requirements. - To ensure the maintenance works carry out in every outlet, lighting, furniture, plumping and etc must be always in good condition. Notwithstanding the above, you shall also be required to carry out any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time. Prerequisite Competency Requirement: 1. Minimum Education: Diploma or a Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Interior Design or any related field. 2. Language: Good written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English. 3. Experience: Preferably with 5 years of working experience in retail merchandising. 4. Knowledge: Strong knowledge in Retail Merchandising current retails trend principles. 5. Skills: PC skills - Microsoft Office Application. 6. Personal Characteristics & Competencies Profile: Thoroughness in Problem Solving Self-Discipline Attention to detail. Dependability and able to work under minimum supervision. Quality focus, customer focused and well-organized person. Possess own transport and able to travel outstation and locally as and when required.
